Sign up for your WCC Mailbox Video Access – See when the mail or packages have been delivered so you don’t make multiple trips. Trying to help a contractor or friend find your home and want to make sure they are at the right group of mailboxes. This might help in monitoring the vandals.
The $12 a year fee – is for services only. Dan Ringwald has paid for all the equipment, operates it and owns it, to keep the price of services as low as possible. You can sign up any time and you can cancel any time by calling or texting Dan. The price of services – include T-Mobile Cellular Internet, Camera Cloud storage, Google Cloud storage, and AI services to make all this happen, plus some of Dan’s labor. We are still in the red from four past years of service charges and hopefully with enough people signed up and possibly some donations we can eventually break even. This service is to help members receiving mail and packages and possibly reduce the time of driving to see if you have packages. WCC Security Camera has helped reduce the amount of mailbox vandalism from twice a month to twice a year. The police and sheriffs are helping as well. According to mailbox users, they have been contacted by the authorities, once vandals have been caught with mail and packages and arrested. These videos are working and more people are watching. This process is making life better for all WCC Mailbox Users.

Video Access Tips – for our members that have signed up, or are in the process.

It will be there on all videos as well. View Live Camera is a BIG problem. It uses up a lot of T-Mobile data and we will exceed our monthly limit before our month is up. This will cause a slow down in the View Live Camera mode and eventually drain our camera battery and stop all video recordings. With one user this is never a problem. With 30 mailboxes and the potential for 30 account users, that is enough to run out of data usage very fast. Please use the View Live Camera mode as little as possible. If you use it, quickly get on and off of it. If this camera had a way of disabling it, we would disable the View Live Camera mode. We do have ways of monitoring user access so we don’t want to disable a user for maxing out our data.
Viewing Saved Videos – uses no T-Mobile Data. Those saved videos are stored on the camera cloud so they can be viewed by all members as much and as often as you like. Same with downloading saved videos. No T-Mobile data is used.

7 days is all you have to set up your account after receiving your email invite from me before that invite expires.
